We are located at the Lincoln Mill building in Biddeford, inside Impact Fitness Center on the lower level.

Parking and Entrance

Street Parking:

There is 2-hour free parking available along both Main and Lincoln Streets.

Use the South entrance (across from Bangor Savings) of the Lincoln Lofts to enter.

Outside door locks and unlocks with Impact Fitness Center’s business hours.

Take stairwell to the ground floor. Take left at bottom of stairwell and follow hallway to our entrance.

If you get turned about, simply follow the signs for Impact Fitness. 

Parking on Property:

From 5:30 am to 3:30 pm there is free parking available behind the Lincoln Lofts. If you arrive before 3:30 pm, the gate will go up on your way out, so you will not get trapped inside the gated area.

Before and after those hours, there are 22 “customer” spots available just before the gate that are available any time on a first come, first serve basis.

Take the back exterior stairwell at end of building and follow to rear entrance. Outside door locks and unlocks with Impact Fitness Center’s business hours. Follow the hallway to our entrance. 

Do not park in the EV spots or the spots reserved for 180 Main St (Spurwink and the hair salon). 

Parking Garage:

Lastly, there is paid parking available in the Pearl St. parking garage located 100 yards from our entrance.
